HSA - Christmas Fayre 2019
Saturday 7th December 2019 11am - 2pm
Please, click on the link above, choose your time slot and click on 'Submit and sign up'. Please add some booking details including your child's name to reserve your ticket(s).
To secure your booking - pop your payment into the Special Father Christmas box in the front office. £3.50 per child (This should be the correct money). Mark your payment envelope – Visit to Santa and ensure it has: Child name(s) & Time of slot(s) clearly marked.
Your slot will be secured as soon as you have paid your money into school. If money is not received by Monday 2nd December your slot will be cleared and made available for someone else to book. For any subsequent slots booked after this date the money must be paid in advance of the Fayre.
Donation Day - Tuesday 26th November
Please donate items such as sweets and small gifts to be used for prizes.
Each child who brings in a donation will be entered into a draw to win a prize and the class, which donates the most items, will win a prize.
Other donations for the Fayre - Bottle donations must be made to the school office or to the HSA in the lead up to the Fayre (Thursday 5th & Friday 6th Dec). Cakes donations will be collected the evening before and on the day.
As you know we can only successfully run the Fayre with lots of great volunteers.
Please can you let us know if you are able to help at the following times (even if you can only spare an hour):
- Set up before the event (Friday 6th after school and Saturday 7th between 9am - 11am)
- Assisting with a stall between:11am - 12pm, 12pm - 1pm, 1pm - 2pm.
- Clearing up between 2pm - 4pm
A volunteers list will be available in reception. However, we are happy to take volunteers details via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as not everyone can get into school to complete the volunteer sheet.
As always your help and support is greatly appreciated both in donations and helping on the day, as more hands means that everyone gets a chance to enjoy the Fayre.
